Thank you for shopping at Kinect Fitness! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes products do not meet expectations.
You may return new, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the items are returned in original packaging along with any accessories, manuals etc. We will process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be responsible for paying postage/shipping costs for returns unless the item is damaged/defective, in which case we will cover return postage.
For hygiene reasons, return of intimate/personal products is only accepted if items are sealed, unused and unopened.
